Notice of Town Center Community Improvement District Election

NOTICE IS GIVEN as provided in the COBB COUNTY COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICTS ACT, Ga. L. 1985, p. 4009, as amended, that a Caucus of Electors of the Town Center Community Improvement District (“CID”) shall be held on May 26, 2026 in Suite 250, 1825 Barrett Lakes Boulevard, Kennesaw, Cobb County, Georgia 30144. The purpose of the Caucus is to elect Board members to Posts 1, 2, 4, 5 and 6 on the Town Center CID Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Voting will occur immediately thereafter. A map of said District is on file with the Clerk of the Cobb County Board of Commissioners. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.
