As the Town Center Community approaches its 30th anniversary in 2027, the 2026 State of the District marks the beginning of a year-long reflection on the partnerships, investments, and shared vision that have shaped our community.
Join community leaders, stakeholders, partners, and supporters as we look back on what Town Center set out to achieve, explore how that vision has guided decades of progress, and discuss the opportunities that will define the district's future.
The program will highlight transformative projects and initiatives that have strengthened the community, from mobility and connectivity improvements to public spaces, public art, and placemaking investments. Attendees will also receive an exclusive first look at the Town Center 30-Year Master Plan Vision and hear from nationally recognized planning experts on the value of long-range planning, how successful communities prepare for growth, and what it takes to turn a vision into lasting impact.
As the first event in the Town Center Community’s 30th Anniversary celebration, this State of the District honors the foundation that has shaped our district while looking ahead to the next chapter of growth and opportunity.
