Town Center CID
What is the Community Improvement District (CID)?
The Town Center CID is a self-taxing district of commercial property owners who have elected to pay an additional tax to Cobb County, which is allocated to the CID for use in funding community improvements within the district. The CID is run by an eight-member board and supported by an expert staff.
