Town Center CID fosters trail network to connect NW Cobb County, metro Atlanta

SAPORTA REPORT – Creating a connected community starts with building bridges – sometimes literally. Throughout metro Atlanta, organizations are working to add infrastructure encouraging safe pedestrian walkways and trail networks.

The process of building and maintaining a strong trail network is just the beginning, according to Town Center Community Improvement District’s executive director.

“For Town Center CID, the overall vision is to create a place where people want to be, that is forward thinking, is diverse, has a rich commercial area as well as residential areas around it,” [Tracy] Styf said.
