Town Center Community Announces Initiatives at 25th Milestone Celebration

October 25, 2022 (Kennesaw, GA) Town Center Community Improvement District (CID) hosted its 25th Anniversary and first annual State of the District event this morning at the Embassy Suites in Kennesaw. Speakers included the Town Center CID Chairman Kelly Keappler and Executive Director Tracy Styf.
 
The event highlighted Town Center’s growth, legacy, projects, and placemaking efforts. Several exciting announcements were made, including a new initiative established in honor of Town Center CID’s first Executive Director, Lanie Shipp Hoover, as well as the winners of the inaugural Townie Awards, which honor leaders in the community that have been a part of Town Center Community’s rich history and have made significant contributions to Town Center’s success.
