Jennine Duelge has been a valuable member of the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID) team since 2004. She serves as the organization’s Operations Director, working closely with the Board of Directors and Executive Director to ensure the precise management of all funds received, including digest and grant income. Jennine has been instrumental in maintaining an effective working environment for the CID. Her duties include financial management, budget planning and day-to-day operations. Using her proficient knowledge of the transportation, infrastructure and public service industries, she helps to establish, refine and execute the vision of the CID.
Jennine’s work has helped the CID grow into one of the most successful in the Atlanta area, extending the reach of its economic and quality of life initiatives. She has been a key player in the development of multiple TCCID projects, including the Big Shanty Extension, CID Landscape Beautification and Maintenance program, LCI and MasterPlan studies, Noonday Creek Trail, the award-winning Skip Spann Connector, South Barrett Reliever and multiple grant programs.
Jennine has over 20 years of experience in project, program and contract management. Prior to her current role, Jennine served as a TCCID Project Manager, as well as Program Manager for the Transportation Management Association and CobbRides.
Originally from Wisconsin, Jennine now lives in historic Marietta with her husband of 37 years. She enjoys working on their turn of the century home, visiting the Marietta Square and sharing time with the elderly in Cobb County. Her daughter is an attorney and program director in the Atlanta area. Jennine also enjoys donating her time and skills doing financial accounting and budgeting for small non-profits.
