Town Center CID

Founded in 1997, the Town Center Community Improvement District (TCCID) assists in connecting local businesses with resources and promotion to strengthen the entire six-square-mile area that makes up Town Center. We take our role as a guide and advocate for area businesses seriously, helping them to find their voice in the community and within Cobb County government, to leverage the abundance that Town Center and Metro Atlanta offer, and to be a part of our efforts to enhance the look and infrastructure of the area for all.

For a compact area, there is a wealth of resources to help local businesses in Town Center, such as the Cobb Chamber of Commerce, the Kennesaw Business Association and the Marietta Business Association. The Town Center CID is active in all of these groups and assists new and expanding businesses in making connections within them.

Coordinating marketing efforts among the many businesses and organizations in the Town Center Community strengthens the impact of all of our promotional efforts. The Town Center CID can bring together complementary businesses so they can develop special promotions, for example, that attract visitors and new clients to the area and to their storefronts. This website is another great way to get the word out about your business.

Connecting, empowering and promoting area businesses are only some of the services we provide. By driving improvements through infrastructure, beautification and special projects to make the area an attractive and easy-to-access place for visitors, residents, students and those that work in it, the Town Center CID helps improve the quality of life in the community at large, elevating the experience for all, while raising the real estate value for all property owners.
